Mark brings a wealth of experience to the clients he coaches. As a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental & Emotional Release, and Hypnosis he is exceedingly equipped to help his clients breakthrough limiting beliefs and achieve their personal and career goals. Additionally, he holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers License and co-leads a successful Real Estate Sales Team.

Prior to his career in real estate, he spent over twenty years as a therapist and life coach in private practice creating a multi-site counseling center that impacted thousands of lives across central Mississippi. In 2004, he created the popular wellness program, Marathon Makeover, coaching over 4,000 couch potatoes into marathoners and expanding his program across six states.

In 2015, he pivoted with his career and entered real estate, quickly taking on leadership roles on a local and regional level. As a Team Leader in Jackson, Mississippi, he grew the Keller Williams market center to #1 in market share and more than doubled the profitability of the business. He was recognized as a Black Belt Team Leader and had the highest agent retention in 2016 within the region.

Mark has built expansion teams in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama and has been a General Manager over two KW offices in Louisiana.

Mark is the head coach for Real Impact Coaching and is a Broker Associate at Keller Williams Emerald Coast in Destin, FL.
