Welcome to Real Impact Minute. I'm Mark Simpson, Lead Coach for Real Impact Coaching and today's impact thought comes from Walter Lippmann who said "Where all think alike, no one thinks very much."

So true. If you find yourself in a place of groupthink, of unchallenged norms, the conformity that doesn't allow for free thought, free expression, you probably are in a very limiting, stifling environment. My challenge to you is to get out of there. Get into a place of diverse thought, of challenging thoughts, where people will test the fabric of your ideas, and watch how it makes your impact grow.

You see, unchallenged ideas and unchallenged thoughts really do not survive the rough and tumble of life.

So what kind of environment are you in? Are you in one that's all groupthink? Or are you in a crowd that will challenge you to really be your best and make the greatest impact?
